Job Description

2nd Line Support – IT Support – Desktop Support – Windows 10 – central Manchester – inside IR35.

A fantastic long term contract opportunity for a 2nd Line Support Engineer based onsite in central Manchester. Candidates must be prepared to work onsite in an office environment for 90% of the time. Only a small amount of remote working is involved in this role.

You will be an onsite Support Engineer helping users with any issues that arise with their IT equipment. The role could include Imaging laptops, Asset Management, maintaining and updating stock levels, general Desktop Support, MAC book and iPhone setup/queries.

Strong communication skills in person and over the phone are essential along with experience in the usual Microsoft/Windows 10 technology
