JOB TITLE: Administration Assistant – Procurement Team

LOCATION: Ashford, Kent


TERM: 12 month contract

HOURS: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm

We have a new opportunity to join a well-recognised Global company as an Office Administrator within the procurement team. This role will assist and support the team with projects and daily operational activities and reporting to develop effective business partnerships with suppliers and internal customers.

The day to day duties in your new job would be:

Support the commercial relationship between the Project Management Office (PMO) and GMS Procurement
Support project team and external suppliers on RCF (Rapid Commercialization Projects) so that customer needs are met, whilst maintaining effective business relationships with suppliers and customers.
Assist in data input to maintain and manage trackers to create accurate KPI for the GMS team
Manage European Rejects & Complaints issues for the portfolio in charge as well as COPQ recovery (Cost of poor Quality)
Provide excellent customer service to internal customers
Own the supplier Monitoring process and reportsWe’d love to speak to candidates who have:

Excellent IT skills, especially Excel
SAP experience would be desirable
Ability to challenge, interpret and document highly complex customer requirements.
