We are currently recruiting for a strong Administrator to provide key support to the Procurement Team of a global manufacturing organisation in the the area.
There is absolutely no need for previous experience within Procurement but instead, the main criteria for this role is exceptional IT skills in MS Office applications, as you will be manipulating data, so an emphasis on strong Excel is essential and any experience with PowerPoint would also be considered helpful.
This interesting and varied role is being presented on a fixed term contract basis for 12 months with attractive hybrid working arrangements in place, so Monday to Friday, 37 hours per week, but 50% working from home and 50% working from the office, plus an attractive hourly rate available!
Working under the Global Manufacturing Services (GMS) umbrella, the GMS Administration Assistant will assist and support the GMS Team with administrative duties surrounding projects and daily operational activities, whilst at time liaising with suppliers and internal customers.
