CORNERSTONE TRAINING AND SYSTEM SPECIALIST

Location: Maidenhead, Head Office based

Contract: Fixed Term 12 Months

Salary: From GBP40,000 per annum, pro rata, depending upon experience

Hours: Full Time, 37 hours per week

About this Role and You

We are part way through a 2-year global project implementing the complete suite of Cornerstone HRIS Modules. We are seeking a Cornerstone Training and System Specialist to lead the development of Super User training, provide training and support for the global HR community and other end users and ensure appropriate specialist support, advice and guidance is available across Modules. You will build strong relationships whilst conveying technical solutions, in non-technical terms, ensuring the HRIS is utilised to maximum potential as it evolves. You will support the Cornerstone Technical Lead and Project Manager with technical implementation of each Module and work with the Lead Super User to develop and implement excellent governance ensuring ongoing maintenance and system effectiveness post implementation.

It is essential you are personable, engaging and patient when delivering training and providing advice. There may be travel opportunities and ideally you will have the flexibility and ability to travel nationally and internationally to support users and key stakeholders, listen to feedback and continuously improve the HRIS to meet business needs.

You will be able to demonstrate:

  • Strong analytical background and accomplishment troubleshooting complex data/system issues
  • Sound Cornerstone knowledge in at least one Module
  • Technically astute, grasping concepts quickly and naturally inclined to continuous improvement
  • Excellent written and verbal English
  • Proficiency with MS Office,
  • Team player, thriving in team environments, respecting, listening to and working closely with others, and able to work independently
