Customer Sales and Renewals Consultant

Job Description

Brightwork Recruitment are currently recruiting for Customer Service Consultants to join our client, one of the fastest growing insurance providers in the UK at their offices in North Lanarkshire.

Joining them within their Motor Team, the successful candidates will join a fast-moving, customer-focused team and will be responsible for handling inbound calls from prospective customers as well as retaining existing customers.

Working on a rotational shift pattern you will work: Week 1 Early (8-4pm) and Week 2 Late (phone number removed)pm) with rotational Saturday shifts.

Duties will include:

Handling high volumes of customer calls, delivering sales through service
Discussing customer requirements, handling objections and providing solutions
Updating and maintaining customer information
Maintaining a knowledge of company products, services, and industry specific developments
General customer focused and sales duties as required
The successful candidates will ideally have experience working within a sales-focused role although experience is not essential, as we are looking for candidates who match the behaviours and values of our client.

If you have excellent communication skills, can approach problems methodically and are willing to learn then this may be the role for you!
