Flyscreens Sales Coordinator

Job Description

Hybrid home / office based Sales Manager / Sales Coordinator required for a Fly Screen business, part of Pelsis global pest control.

Fly screens are used in hospitals, restaurants, warehouses, laboratories etc to stop insects entering windows.

The Flyscreens Manager will;

Develop and manage fly screens operations and sales within the customer service area.
Promote service with existing customers and develop relationships with new prospective companies to provide made to measure fly screens service.
Flyscreen Manager responsibilities:

Provide quotations by telephone and email
Responsible for handling customer telephone queries promptly and efficiently
Develop sales by identifying, contacting and selling flyscreen solutions
Assist with technical help
Responsible for processing and progressing of orders
Assist with survey distribution to sales and installation team
Liaising with Manufacture and customers to establish suitable lead times
Manage and organise installation workloads
Assist with invoicing process
Manage basic stock control
Assist with purchasing of components
Accountabilities:

Turnover targets
GP targets
New business / prospecting
Report monthly sales figures
