One of our most prestigious clients, a market leading well known British manufacturing brand, is looking for a German speaking Sales Account Manager.
Reporting to the Customer Services Manager, and working as part of a team of two, you will have project management responsibilities for looking after the account of this client’s largest customer.
On a daily basis you will create and process sales orders, producing quotations, submitting reports for the customer, book in customer deliveries, compile exportation documentation, monitor and progress pro forma orders.
In addition you will have full knowledge of all the projects this customer is involved in, pass information and look for further opportunities that may lead to new business.
You will provide a consultative service to this customer, understanding their budgets and stretching targets using your influence.
You will manage European orders, obtain freight quotes and find the best delivery solutions, negotiate prices and form relationships with freight providers. You will ensure correct export documentation.
You are customer obsessed, with great communication skills and thrive on customer interaction to find the best results for them. You have the ability to seek out additional sales opportunities and grow customer accounts by providing a consultative partnership with them.
You are ambitious with great organisational skills and the ability to remain calm in difficult situations.
You are outgoing, have a great telephone manner and you are a confident communicator.
If you are a German speaker this would be very beneficial
You have a good understanding of export documentation.
