About you:

We’re looking for ambitious individuals who show drive and desire to earn. Strong communication skills are essential, experience working in recruitment or a sale is driven/competitive environment would be beneficial but is not essential.

A passion for technology will be beneficial as you will be dealing with like-minded technical people in your day-to-day role.

Although experience would be beneficial, full training will be provided to the right candidate; from our highly experienced and helpful team, this position is perfect for anyone looking to get a foothold in sales.

If you have a passion for marketing there is scope in this role to develop and run marketing campaigns to promote the business and generate inbound leads.

The role:

The Inside Sales Rep will report to the Managing Consultant and will be wholly responsible for sourcing new sales through multiple avenues and following up on leads provided by a team of consultants. You will utilise inbound and outbound calls, as well as email and social media to pursue sales

The role will involve market analysis, identifying and researching leads, and generating interest.

You will need to be confident and personable, build instantaneous rapport with customers through friendly and engaging communication.

You will be provided with a company laptop and mobile to help perform this role. As well as access to the Sales CRM
