GBP28,000 – GBP32,000 + 33 Days Holiday + Company Benefits
Newcastle upon Tyne – Remote

Are you an IT Coordinator with experience in 1st line support for end users on technical hardware and software? Would you like to work for a well-established business who offer extensive training and the chance to progress into management?

The client is a market leading Engineering company who offer consultancy, design and project management services to the Marine industry.

They are looking for an experienced IT Coordinator to assist in maintaining the company’s information technology systems and networks. Your responsibilities will include remote support for approximately 100 users on day-to-day technical hardware and software issues.

You will manage, track and maintain help desk ticketing and asset management systems, assist in implementing major IT projects and upgrades, set up new users and carry out occasional visits to service offices and customer sites when required.

The role would suit a natural problem solver with good knowledge of TCP/IP protocols and LAN/WAN configuration. Experience in administering Azure, Intune office 365 is essential.

* Remote 1st line support
* Managing IT systems & applications
* Troubleshooting & repairing issues

The Person:
* Strong communication skills
* Experienced IT Coordinator or similar
* Full UK driving license
* Qualified in Information Technology or Computer Science
