Logistics Operations Administrator- Part Time
Temporary – 11 weeks
20 hours per week, Monday to Thursday (between 09:00 – 16:00)
GBP25,000 pro rata (GBP12.82ph)

Our client is seeking a temporary Part Time Logistics Operations Administrator
to join an established organisation on a temporary basis. The successful candidate will liaise regularly with suppliers, have responsibility for general materials/logistics support, and need a good attitude, tenacity, and adaptability.

Key responsibilities and duties for the Part Time Logistics Operations Administrator:

Expediting supplier orders via email and over the phone
Reviewing MRP in line with supplier correspondence
Updating supplier orders
Raising requisitions for consumables, freight, and service
Basic Excel spreadsheet analysis work
General materials and logistics support, and general ad hoc administrative tasks

Key skills required for the role Part Time Logistics Operations Administrator:

Determination, tenacity, and resilience
Able to use Microsoft Office, and general computer literacy
Reliability and a strong work ethic
Willing to be a team player, and able to use own initiative when required
Strong attention to detail
