Military Physical Training Instructor
Location: Wareham, Dorset, GB, BH20 6JD

About the role

Here at Babcock International we’re looking to recruit two Physical Training Instructors to be responsible for providing physical training instruction to classes of up to 20 Military students, this will include swimming/running and gym sessions.

Duties will include:
* Originate and assist in producing lesson plans in response to the PT programme.
* Assist the Medical Officer in rehabilitation training.
* Produce fitness programmes for authorised personnel.
* Attend Authority and Company training modules /courses and Continual Professional Development.
* Provide Lifeguard cover.
* Plan, conduct, assist and officiate at sporting competitions / events

This is an excellent opportunity within a great working environment, and an interesting and varied role working with the Military.

What do I need to do the role?

You must have previous experience in a similar physical training role, and All Arms PTI qualification or civilian equivalent PT.

You will have a high level of personal fitness in swimming/running and gym work.

Health & Safety Awareness is essential. As is a driving licence.

You must also be able to commit to working on a shift basis; early (7am start) and late (12pm start).

What else do I need to know?

You will be required to work weekends occasionally.
