Sales Manager – Washroom Services

Job Description

Hybrid home / office based Sales Manager required for Washroom Services department of Pelsis global pest control.

As well as a wide range of pest control solutions, Pelsis also sells washroom services (soaps, sanitizers, dryers etc) across a wide range of industries.

They are recruiting for a Sales / Business Development Manager to manage incoming enquiries as well as proactively selling to new customers;

Sales Manager responsibilities:

Account Management

Maintain regular contact with customers on buying platform.
Sell the full range of Pelsis group products to your customers.
Ensure customers remain adequately stocked with Pelsis group range, introducing new products where possible.
Provide up to date product information, including product changes.
Develop understanding of each customer, the market they sell into and the way they promote the products.
Ensure Pelsis is the sole supplier by selling the features, advantages and benefits of our products.
Develop understanding and keep up to date with competitors’ products
New Business Development

Constantly contact and convert new business adding to the customer base.
Aim to visit and convert as many prospects as possible whilst on trip

Produce monthly report demonstrating previous month’s results and predicted sales for following month.
Produce accurate trip reports and submit to Sales Manager before departure and update CRM.
Responsible for all expenses, submit expenses forms to Sales Manager
Responsible for resolving any issues relating to payment working with Credit Control dept

Input any customer complaints onto complaint system and forward to customer service team to follow up.

Professional attitude required at all times whilst working externally and in the office.

Sales Manager package:
