My client is looking for an ambitious and motivated 1st/2nd Line Support Engineer to join their team and act as the 1st point of contact for users in a busy environment. The role provides the opportunity to gain on-the-job training whilst working with senior engineers and also undertake paid training courses, making it a strong foundation to progress and develop.
The daily duties of the role include supporting users and resolving issues related to G Suite, Windows & Mac OS, hardware provisioning & support, networking, networking security, and more.
Experience providing 1st Line Support
G Suite (Google Workspace)
Windows & Mac OS
Hardware provisioning & support
Networking Protocols – DNS / DHCP / TCP/IP
HTML & CSS
