Job Description

Title: Supply Chain Planner (Hybrid role)

Salary: GBP28,000

Location: Egham

Contract type: 6 month Fixed Term Contact (Part-time 20 hours per week)

Our client is looking for an experienced Supply Chain Planner to monitor and control the supply plan to ensure that sales forecast will be fulfilled on time.

You will need to have strong analytical skills and have a keen eye for attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

Work collaboratively with other planners in the team to create and deliver short term and long-term supply plan
Liaise with vendors to ensure stock availability
Control and manage inventory
Identify constraints in supply and provide solution plan to the business
Work with Line Manager to analyse demand vs. supply and provide business with improvement plan
Support and engage in a culture of continuous improvement in all tasks, process, and cost opportunities
Produce and assist with daily reportsSkills, Experience and Qualifications:

Degree (or equivalent experience), preferably in Business, Supply Chain Management or Mathematical degree
Proven record of 3 years of working experience in Supply Chain field
Experience in using SAP R/3 and preferably S4, ERP system
Solid understanding of E2E supply chain process
Experienced in placing PO’s in ERP systems, comfortable with data analysis and producing reports by using Excel
Excellent Excel skills
