Salary: Competitive Salary – GBP30,000
Location: Bristol City Centre/Remote
Full Time/Part Time: Permanent (Flexible)

Our client, a successful SAAS company delivering software solutions to Universities and Colleges is seeking a Technical Project Coordinator to join their team.

The successful Technical Project Coordinator will report directly to the Head of Technical Services and assist project managers in organizing ongoing technical projects. This task involves monitoring project plans, schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditure, organising and participating in stakeholder meetings, and ensuring that project deadlines are met.

You would ideally be expected to visit the Bristol office from time to time. That said, if you are only able to work remotely, they are open to discussing this option.

Responsibilities:

* Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures.

* Organising, attending, and participating in stakeholder meetings.

* Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.

* Ensuring project deadlines are met.

* Determining project changes.

* Providing administrative support as needed.

* Undertaking project tasks as required.

* Developing project strategies.

* Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.

* Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable.

* Ensure stakeholder views are managed towards the best solution.

* Chair and facilitate meetings where appropriate and distribute minutes to all project team members.

* Create a project management calendar for fulfilling each goal and objective.

* Contribute to the company’s business process group.

* Support the Head of Technical Service in meeting departmental objectives.

Necessary abilities and behaviours:

* Three years relatable experience.

* Exceptional verbal, written, presentation and communication skills.

* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

* Experienced and comfortable using it systems and software for a variety of tasks.

* Knowledge of Agile and traditional management methodologies and techniques

* Any qualifications relating to business, project management, or similar would be an advantage.???
