They are a managed service provider, providing support to businesses throughout the South of England and beyond. They take on the role of their client’s IT Department, managing all aspects of their infrastructure and become their first point of call for technical support. They support a wide range of clients, from single person to larger businesses across multiple locations with up to 500 users. Our client is very proud to have a brilliant retention rate over many years with clients they have serviced and to facilitate this they have built a brilliant team of talented IT individuals.

We are seeking a bright individual who loves all things tech. You should ideally be knowledgeable with 3rd party support for office 365, and that means having the ability to remotely or on site occasionally, be able to assist the client in remedying any issues they are having with 365. Some experience with Windows Server, especially the active directory, as well as ticketing systems would help your application.

The most important skills we seek are your customer service ones. How good are you on the telephone, can you listen well and build good empathy with clients?

DESCRIPTION

As part of the role, you will work within their support desk and provide help to their client base. This first level support role will provide you with extensive experience to develop your learning and assist their clients with:

* First line support for all clients, from first call to resolution

* Provide remote and onsite support, telephone, and email diagnosis

* Accurate ticket logging and Documentation

DESIRED

* Level 3 IT Infrastructure Technician Apprenticeship or equivalent

* 1 Year of Helpdesk experience

Salary: From GBP20,000 to GBP24,000.00 per year which will depend on your experience + good benefits.
