JOB TITLE: Training and Development Manager
DURATION: 12 Months Mat cover with opportunities for the right candidate
START: Realistically Mid August
PAY: GBP60,000 (GBP30.77ph)
LOCATION: Maidenhead Office 50/50 WFH

The Department
The department’s focus is to help people with diabetes lead healthier, happier lives. The team are dedicated to developing life-changing technology that will provide glucose readings faster, and with less inconvenience, to help people take charge of their diabetes. To help customers easily recognise glucose trends and care for people with diabetes,they also provide state-of-the-art software for tracking and analysing glucose data. The team believes that together, they can provide people with the education and diabetes management tools they need to help them make better choices every day and live active, healthy lives.

The Role
The candidate will be responsible for managing a small team of data analysts. The role is essentially a position managing other people , a department head as such. Managing development plans of other workers ,focusing on Hypo candidates who are performing well. You will be responsible for the likes of;
-Managing the data analysts
-Overseeing the effectiveness of the sales team
-Looking into and rolling out the training and development program
-Managing sales trends, customer ordering patterns , activity reports
-On board new talent

The Candidate
The team leader is looking for independent thinking with a good sense of energy. Someone that can motivate and manage a team well. The candidate does not have to understand any of the systems they are using as all training will be provided, however it is desired that the candidate comes from a commercial environment, with experience in training and development.
The department is launching a lot of new products so it would be useful for the candidate to understand or have some healthcare experience, maybe a medical healthcare background or knowledge, someone who knows the market. It is also desirable that the candidate have a higher level education/degree.
