Originally established in Galashiels, Reiver Recruitment opened its doors in April 2003 to provide local employers with quality temporary and permanent staff. Our reputation is based on matching the right candidate with the right client, a key aspect which is sometimes overlooked by other Agencies who are keen to fulfil contracts, but not necessarily take the clients needs into consideration.
We cater to all businesses by supplying the best calibre of staff available in the region. We have a strict screening process for all applicants whereby we:
- Meet each candidate for an initial face-to-face interview
- Using our assessment centre, we can assess anything from their spelling abilities right through to their software knowledge.
- This means we can assess their proficiency and match them perfectly to the roles we have to fill.
- Fully reference check candidates prior to agreeing to represent them to our clients
